PCR-IAF164 and PCR-IAF164I isothermal amplification fluorescence PCR detection systems are open detection platforms that apply the principle of "isothermal amplification technology" and combine it with fluorescence detection technology. They can be used for various isothermal amplification reactions to detect bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms on a molecular level.
