1. The deionized water filter has power indicator, pump work indicator, low pressure indicator and system flushing indicator functions.

2. Using imported ion filtration membranes and high-pressure, silent pure water pumps, the operation quality is more reliable and it is applicable to a wider range of water quality;

3. It has system flushing function: every time before turning on the water machine, it will automatically flush for 30 seconds and then the system will start to make water;

4. The water deionizer filter has system protection function: when the water pressure is too low or there is no water, the equipment automatically shuts down, and when the water source comes in, the equipment automatically turns on;

5. WP-DU series deionized water filter has an online water quality monitoring function, which can monitor the incoming water quality (located above the instrument, near the function detection area, indicated by a digital tube), RO water quality and temperature, and pure water quality and temperature in real time.

Suggestion:

1. The quality of the incoming water affects the quality of the outgoing water and the service life of the filter column;

2. When the source water quality is poor (TDS is greater than 200ppm), the RO pure water quality will drop to above 10μs/c㎡;

3. When the raw water quality TDS>500, it is recommended to use a water softener;

Wash “”	1. The power indicator light comes on when the machine is turned on, and it flushes automatically for 30 seconds; 2. After 6 hours of cumulative water production, if there is no flushing in the middle, it will automatically flush for 30 seconds; 3. After exiting from the water shortage program, it will automatically flush for 30 seconds; 4. The lower two digits of the small digital tube display the remaining backwash time, and the clock symbol flashes once a second; (The high-pressure pump works, the water inlet valve opens, and the flushing valve opens)
Water Production “”	1. The lower two digits of the small digital tube display the current conductivity value (the decimal point is not displayed); 2. The measured conductivity value is greater than 50, and in the buzzer mode, the buzzer beeps; 3. Conductivity measurement is a process that is susceptible to interference, so please install the probe into the pipeline for measurement, otherwise the accuracy will be affected; 4. There are bubbles in the pipeline, which will also affect the accuracy of the conductivity. Please pay attention to exhaust when reinstalling. (The high-pressure pump is working, the water inlet valve is open, and the flushing valve is closed)
Lack of water “”	1. When the low-pressure switch detects that the raw water pressure is lower than the set value, the pure water machine enters the water shortage program and the buzzer sounds. 2. The conductivity value is neither measured nor displayed. (The high-pressure pump stops, the water inlet valve closes, and the flushing valve closes)
Overhaul “”	The deionized water filter is set to a 12-hour working system to prevent forgetting to shut down the machine after work. If more than 12 hours have passed, the instrument maintenance symbol will appear and the work will stop to protect the instrument. If you need to continue working, just restart it. (The high-pressure pump stops, the water inlet valve closes, and the flushing valve closes)
